Jackson House

Jackson, NJ

2020-Ongoing

This residential house and landscape renovation involved the full demolition and redesign of the property within existing woodland site conditions. The redesigned landscape emphasized low-maintenance, ecologically sensitive design strategies while introducing refined aesthetics, including new planting schemes, circulation, grading, and site features tailored to the new Main House and Pool House The project balanced architectural integration with the preservation and enhancement of the site’s natural woodland character.

MY ROLE: As Project Manager, I oversaw all stages of the project starting with concept development and worked with a small internal design team. I served as the primary liaison between the client and architects coordinating design development, scheduling, budgeting, material sourcing, and on-site implementation.
